Compostable sausage trays:
All of my artisan sausages are now packaged in eco trays made from an award-winning sustainable renewable vegetable fibre called Bagasse which is a reclaimed by-product of the sugarcane plant industry and thereby it is compostable in your council food waste bin. Bagasse is also microwavable and freezer safe!
Artisan bacon
Traditional dry cured & hard wood smoked bacon – produced at my Tetbury unit using a traditional old recipe. All bacon rashers come rind on for extra crackling!
