Mr Matt Partridge will be our speaker at our Chamber of Trade Meeting on the 3rd October 2023
Hello Nailsworth and our wonderful Chamber Members
At our meeting on Tuesday 3rd October, Nailsworth-based Matt Partridge will be setting out how green technologies like solar modules could provide your company with low and stable cost energy while reducing your business’s greenhouse gas emissions. Matt has been involved in the development of large scale onshore wind and solar projects in the UK for the past 30 years. In recent years, through his associations with the Nailsworth Climate Action Network (https://www..org/) and Gloucestershire Community Energy Cooperative (https://gloscommenergy.org.uk/), Matt has helped bring to fruition smaller projects including Minchinhampton Primary School’s solar roof project (https://vimeo.com/752088275/3f8dda03b5). Matt will talk about the opportunities businesses have to reduce their energy bills, the practical issues that need to be considered and different project funding options.
The meeting will be held at Nailsworth Social Club, Brewery Lane, Stroud GL6 0JQ at 6.30pm
